Join us for a relaxed coach outing to the historic city of Canterbury in Kent which offers so much for visitors. Take a boat trip on the River Stour, stroll through the compact pedestrian maze of small streets with independent shops and restaurants, visit the open-air Whitefriars Shopping Centre where you’ll find M & S, Next, Fenwick etc., or discover some of the amazing historical architecture. The choice is yours!!
The cost of the trip will be £35 per person (members only).
The coach will leave Pagham at 8.30am and we will spend 4 hours in Canterbury.
SALISBURY – Saturday, 11th July
Salisbury town centre is a compact, historic medieval city famous for its 13th century cathedral (boasting the tallest spire in the UK and a Magna Carta). It features a lively, historic Charter Market (Tuesdays/Saturdays) at its heart surrounded by traditional pubs, diverse shopping streets and, at Old George Mall and Cross Keys Arcade, modern retailers.
There is a lovely riverside walk along the River Avon.
The cost of this trip is £25 per person (members only).
The coach will leave Pagham at 8.30am.
